1.Prep	Pre-press your garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.	N/A
2.Press	Place the transfer. Cover with a Teflon sheet, parchment paper, or butcher paper. Press firmly.	Temperature: 315-320°F (143°C) Time: 10 seconds

3.Peel	Carefully peel away the film while it is still warm.	N/A
4.Cure	Cover the image again and press a second time.	Time: 10 seconds
